Exchange/Store Credit

Exchanges
Our policy lasts 12 days. If 12 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

ONLINE ORDERS: Your 12 day period starts the day you recieve your item.

IN STORE PICKUPS: Your 12 day period starts 5 days after purchase date.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please email info@greyclothing.ca or call (905) 570-4739 prior to sending your items back to the below address to notify us of an exchange/store credit request.

Once the item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/store credit.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a replacement item on exchange will be sent or a store credit will issued to your account. Original shipping charges will not be credited.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged.

Sale items are final sale unless approved for exchange.

For Love and Lemons items can only be exchanged in person as the pieces are delicate.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
